We grow plants and seeds native to the south island in the Coast Salish Territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples. We specialize in the restoration and ecology of Garry oak ecosystems (Prairie-Oak ecosystems) and meadowscaping. We do not use herbicides, pesticides (including neonicotinoids), or chemical fertilizers.

Little Plant Shop
This place and the people who run it are absolute gems! Honestly I could go on for days about the many aspects of this place that are wonderful. The plants are great quality, there's rarely if ever any pest issues. (unlike some garden centers) The variety of what they carry is amazing, I've seen many plants there that I haven't seen in any local plant nursery. Also they support local makers and artists, and carry such cool and unique pieces! The two owners are so easy and chill to talk to, so kind and friendly and knowledgeable, just absolutely wonderful folks all around. I also have to mention their adorable pup Luna, who makes every visit extra special! All around an awesome local business with wonderful people behind it! I'll continue to support this place for as long as I can :)

Reds Garden Center & Fireplace Logs
We have been buying sod from this company for years. They have the best small volume sod around and will order it next day if you call in. We had a few times that we could not pick up the sod until late and they were out but the way their office and management handled the situation made us feel both heard and respected.
